Melda: can an old timer with a Win7 offline DAW buy and download a couple FX without having to use the big installer?

Hi,
I want to buy a couple of Melda FX to use on my Win 7 offline DAW.

MRotary and MRotary Vintage.

I learned they currently use a modern all-in-one installer package and have an offline activation methodology.

I prefer to keep things as simple as possible.

Is it possible to request old installers and activation?

I sent a message to Melda, but I am waiting for a response.
