It’s also amazing how it can sort of unlock certain frequency ranges of instruments and transforming them into new sounds. Just tried it on some synth patches and the way it shifted the dialed in frequency ranges was quite impressive.
I also tried bmanic‘s tip to put it before some amp sims (both clean and distorted).
This works extremely well and you can really shape the amp‘s tone with the frequency range you push into the amp by playing with the Area dial.
It does eat away quite a good amount of low frequency content, though. The wet/dry knob is super helpful here and it works amazingly well to tighten up distorted guitars while adding some bite and attack at the same time or adding sparkle to clean guitars while cleaning up the low mids.
It’s also quite amazing on other dense material (pianos, etc) where it really helps to clean up the mud from low-mid frequency build up.
The 3D effect is so amazing and wasn’t something I had expected at all from what it says on the tin!!
What an amazing plugin! Thank you so much and I can only support bmanic‘s “requests“ for 3D sound with a flat frequency response and added oversampling, if possible![Smile :)]()
