If the multiple voices aren't coming through multiple channels (or microphones) then you'll need to use a polyphonic repitching option. The way automatic pitch correction works is basically through locking the phase of a signal so when used polyphonically it will tend to sound "phasey". Using slower correction speeds and lower correction amounts can help . If the goal is to bring two or more singers that are singing the same note (almost) into tune the phasing will be damn near impossible to eliminate due to the methods of processing involved.
